1. PandaSpeak Services
PandaSpeak is an online Chinese-language learning platform that may provide educational materials and services including:

Chinese vocabulary and sentences
Chinese expressions
Pronunciation and BoPoMoFo (Zhuyin) materials
Listening and speaking practice
Online tests and assessments
Courses and lessons
One-on-one tutoring
Other Chinese-language learning resources
Features and learning materials may be added, modified, or removed as PandaSpeak develops.

2. Accounts
Some PandaSpeak features require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

You may not use another person’s account without permission or allow another person to misuse your account.

3. Subscriptions
Certain learning materials and features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices and subscription periods are displayed on PandaSpeak before payment.

Payments for subscriptions may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider offered by PandaSpeak.

If your subscription is set to renew automatically through PayPal, you may cancel the automatic payment through your PayPal account at any time.

Canceling automatic payments prevents future renewal charges. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current paid subscription period.

4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Canceling a subscription or disabling automatic payments stops future recurring charges but does not provide a refund for a payment that has already been completed.

If a payment was made in error or you believe an unauthorized transaction occurred, please contact PandaSpeak and the applicable payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that may be required by applicable law.

5. Tutoring Services
PandaSpeak may allow students to schedule tutoring sessions with participating teachers.

Tutoring availability, prices, duration, cancellation terms, and other applicable conditions may be displayed at the time of booking.

Teachers may provide tutoring as independent service providers. Availability of a particular teacher or tutoring time is not guaranteed.

6. Tests and Assessments
PandaSpeak may provide speaking, listening, multiple-choice, or other educational tests and assessments.

Test results and scores are intended for educational purposes only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, PandaSpeak tests do not provide professional certification, academic credit, or official language proficiency credentials.

7. Educational Disclaimer
PandaSpeak provides educational resources intended to assist users in learning and practicing Chinese.

We do not guarantee any particular level of language proficiency, examination result, academic outcome, employment opportunity, or other result from using PandaSpeak.

Individual learning results vary.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use PandaSpeak for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PandaSpeak systems or another user’s account.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
Copy, distribute, sell, or republish PandaSpeak learning materials without permission.
Use PandaSpeak content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Misuse tutoring, testing, recording, or communication features.
We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, PandaSpeak’s website design, educational materials, text, graphics, exercises, recordings, and other original content are owned by PandaSpeak or used with appropriate permission.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use PandaSpeak materials for your own educational purposes.

Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of PandaSpeak content to you.

10. User Content and Recordings
Certain features may allow students, teachers, or other users to submit answers, audio recordings, or other educational content.

By submitting content necessary to use these features, you give PandaSpeak permission to process and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested educational service, including evaluating an assignment or making a recording available to the appropriate teacher.

Please do not submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

11. Third-Party Services
PandaSpeak may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication services, and other technology providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

PandaSpeak is not responsible for the independent practices or availability of third-party services.

12. Service Availability
We try to keep PandaSpeak available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

PandaSpeak may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party services, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

13. Changes to Services
PandaSpeak may update, modify, add, or discontinue website features, learning materials, subscription features, or services.

Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability
